Before you ask
Do I need to be a Codelab client to get on a plan?
No. We take on sites we did not build. There is a short discovery phase first, where we audit and stabilise before regular Curator work starts.
What happens to unused hours?
On Air, Pro and Ultra they do not roll over. They are reserved capacity, not a balance. Flex hourly packs stay valid for 12 months from purchase, but are forfeited if the Flex Retainer lapses, and are non-refundable.
Can I move between plans?
Yes, at the end of any year. Up, down or sideways. We prorate.
Is hosting included or separate?
Included on Air, Pro and Ultra. The Flex Retainer is an access pass for self-hosted sites: you keep your own hosting, and get 24/7 monitoring, a 48h SLA and discounted hourly pack rates.
