Online stores designed
around how people buy.

[ 01 ] Strategy & UX

The shopping journey, mapped first.

Product discovery, catalogue structure and checkout flow, worked out before a single screen is drawn.

A store that reads well but loses people at checkout is a design problem, not a traffic problem. We map how people actually browse and decide, then build the catalogue architecture and checkout flow around that, not around whatever the platform ships by default.

  • — E-commerce strategy and conversion-oriented UX.
  • — Product catalogue and information architecture.
  • — Checkout flow design.
[ 02 ] Design

The brand, carried into commerce.

Product pages and checkout that still look like your brand, not like a plugin bolted onto it.

Most stores look like the platform they run on. We design product pages, cart and checkout as part of the same visual system as the rest of the site, so the experience of buying matches the experience of browsing.

  • — Product page and cart design.
  • — Checkout UI, on-brand.
  • — Mobile-first, since most stores sell there first.
[ 03 ] Development

Built custom, not templated.

The store runs on the same fast, custom stack as the rest of your site, with real-time stock and a checkout that never leaves the page.

We build the store on the same stack we build everything else on, so it loads as fast as the rest of the site and isn't boxed in by a template's limits. Cart and checkout stay in place rather than bouncing the customer to a separate page, and stock updates in real time so nobody orders something that's gone.

  • — Custom e-commerce development, no page-builder plugins.
  • — Payment, shipping and stock integrations.
  • — ERP/CRM integrations where the business already runs on one.
  • — Performance, from product page to checkout.
[ 04 ] Common questions

Before you ask

Do you build on Shopify or WooCommerce?

We build custom by default, on the same stack as the rest of the site, so the store is not slower or less flexible than the pages around it. If you specifically want Shopify or WooCommerce, or already run one and need it faster or redesigned, we work on those too.

Can you take over a store someone else built?

Yes, the same way we do with Curator for regular sites: a short discovery and stabilisation phase before we touch anything.

Do you handle payments and shipping integrations?

Yes. Payment providers, shipping and stock, and where relevant an ERP or CRM the rest of the business already runs on.

What happens after launch?

The store moves onto Curator like any other site: hosting, security, monitoring, and reserved hours for the catalogue, checkout and integration work that keeps showing up after year one.
